Uses:

Scope:
A two pack epoxy primer enriched with metallic zinc. The primer provides outstanding performance on blast cleaned steel as it imparts cathodic protection to the base metal. It has no deleterious effects on normal cutting and welding operations. We hold approval certificates for cutting, welding, health & safety from appropriate authorities.

We are offering Epilux HB Zinc Rich Primer Super to our clients.

Uses: Recommended for use as an excellent anti-corrosive primer for structural steel work, tanks, vessels, pipelines in fertilizer, refinery, petrochemical and chemical plants. Installation exposed to marine atmosphere will have maximum life span using paint system with epilux frx.

Scope: A two pack high solid epoxy primer containing high level of zinc phosphate anti-corrosive pigment. The easy to apply primer can develop high thickness and offers excellent protection to steel when applied in a system. It is compatible with a wide range of top coats.

Product Details:

We are offering Epilux High Build Primer to our clients. Remove grease, oil and other contaminants preferably by using Bison Degreasing Solvent. Blast clean to a minimum of Sa 2112 Swedish Standard SIS 05 5900. For severe Corrosive conditions, blast to Sa 3 with a surface profile not exceeding 65 microns. The surface should be clean and dry before application of Epilux 4 High Build Primer.
