Epilux Primers

Uses: The primer is recommended for successful application in various fertilizers, refineries, chemical and other plants for diverse areas of tank exteriors, equipment, pipelines, structural steel. Etc.

Scope: A two pack high build anti corrosive epoxy primer for use on steel surfaces. The primer is ideally designed for offering superior performance in highly corrosive chemical and coastal environments. It can be overcoated with epoxy. Chlororubber and polyurethane top coats.

Remove grease, oil and other contaminants preferably by using Bison Degreasing Solvent. Blast clean to a minimum of Sa 2112 Swedish Standard SIS 05 5900. For severe Corrosive conditions, blast to Sa 3 with a surface profile not exceeding 65 microns. The surface should be clean and dry before application of Epilux 4 High Build Primer.
